"I have suffered with a bad back for about 15 years from a young age through playing rugby. In the start of 2023, I started to suffer a numbing pain in my left hip all the way down to my foot. It affected my lifestyle, work, gym, golf, standing and even sleeping. I went to see Craig at Perform360 back end of January explained my pain and showed him some MRI results and he knew exactly what exercises and treatment I needed.
